Does your house have to be a wi-fi area to use the xbox 360 wireless network adapter?
Can someone help me? I wanted to buy the network adapter for the 360 so that I won’t use the dsl cable modem upstairs in my sister’s bedroom. But it seems it needs a wireless area connection or wi-fi for it to work. If I buy it, will the adapter automatically connect already to xbox live or does it require a wireless connection area/wi-fi in your house? Please help me! 
You need to own a wireless router connected to a broadband modem such as your sisters DSL.
